Welcome to six6c (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). six6c is an English-language online betting information platform operating at https://six6c.cam, targeting users in Pakistan and other markets. The Platform provides sports betting information, cricket market guides, live casino guidance, responsible gambling resources and related educational content.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and six6c. By accessing, browsing or using six6c in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and six6c.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
2. You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4 below;
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your use of it;
4. You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that no outcome is guaranteed;
5. You acknowledge that local laws in your jurisdiction — including Pakistani law — may restrict or prohibit online gambling, and you accept sole responsibility for compliance with those laws.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register an account and use the full functionality of six6c, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, at the time of registration. six6c operates an adults-only policy. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where the User cannot confirm eligibility will be suspended pending verification, and may be closed permanently with any associated funds returned after deducting applicable charges.

4.2 Jurisdictional Restriction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register an account or access gambling-related functionality on the Platform. six6c does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each User may hold only one registered account on six6c. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

4.4 Prohibited Persons

Registration is prohibited for: employees or contractors of six6c or its affiliated entities; individuals subject to self-exclusion orders; persons who have previously had an account closed by six6c for rule violations; and persons acting as agents or representatives on behalf of third parties.

When registering an account on six6c, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

5.1 Required Information

Registration typically requires: full legal name; date of birth; valid email address; country of residence; and acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Additional information may be requested during KYC verification.

5.2 KYC Verification

six6c applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with applicable AML requirements. Users may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a valid Pakistani CNIC), proof of address and, in some cases, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password; all activity conducted through your account; and notifying six6c immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. six6c shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Users must use six6c solely for its intended purpose as an informational and betting platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977;
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform software or odds presentation;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or dishonest conduct in connection with betting markets;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human users;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or six6c staff;
• Accessing or attempting to access other users' accounts without authorisation;
• Publishing, transmitting or sharing any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable.

Violation of these conduct requirements may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

All betting activity on six6c is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, competition and market type. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable betting rules before placing any wager.

7.1 Cricket Markets

Cricket betting on six6c covers PSL, ICC tournaments, international Test matches, T20 series and domestic competitions. Market-specific rules govern outcomes in the event of abandonment, interruption, reduced-over formats (such as Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application) or other exceptional circumstances. Users should review the applicable cricket betting rules in full before wagering on any match.

7.2 Odds & Market Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. six6c reserves the right to suspend, cancel or void markets where there is evidence of irregularity, error or suspicious betting patterns. In the event of a voided market, stakes will be returned to the user's account balance.

7.3 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from six6c. The Platform reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error or at incorrectly stated odds.

7.4 Disputes

Any dispute regarding a betting outcome must be raised with the six6c support team within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered. six6c's decision on all betting disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory appeal process.

six6c offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cricket-specific promotions and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. The illustrative examples below do not constitute live or guaranteed promotions.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (rollover) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 10× rollover requirement means PKR 50,000 in total qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal is permitted.
• Minimum Deposit: Most bonuses require a minimum deposit, typically stated in the individual offer terms (illustrative example: PKR 1,000). Deposits made via certain methods may be excluded from bonus eligibility.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire after a specified period (illustrative example: 30 days from the date of issue). Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Eligible Markets: Not all betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Check the individual offer terms for eligible sports, minimum odds requirements and contribution percentages.
• Bonus Abuse: six6c reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage or exploitation of promotional offers.

8.2 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and may not be transferred to another user's account. Only cash funds resulting from the completion of applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn, subject to identity verification and the withdrawal limits stated in Section 9.

six6c supports a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. Payment method availability is confirmed in the live cashier and is subject to change without prior notice. The following payment references are cited for user familiarity only and do not imply that any payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions.

9.1 Deposit Methods (Illustrative)

Methods that may be available include digital wallets familiar to Pakistani users (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), Raast instant bank transfer, major Pakistani bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). Users must check the live cashier for current availability, applicable fees and minimum/maximum deposit limits.

9.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed only after full KYC verification is complete;
• Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for deposit (subject to operator policy);
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are stated in the cashier;
• Processing times vary by method — no specific timeframe is guaranteed by six6c;
• six6c reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;

9.3 Currency

Where applicable, account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. six6c does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

six6c is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can cause harm if not managed carefully, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help users stay in control.

10.1 Available Controls

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after a specified period of play;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform via the account settings or by contacting support.

10.2 Adults Only

six6c is strictly for adults aged 18 years or over — or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. The Platform must not be used by minors. Being 18 years of age does not, of itself, make gambling lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

10.3 Problem Gambling

All content on six6c — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, betting market data, articles, guides, icons and software — is the intellectual property of six6c or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial use only. The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from six6c:

• Reproducing, distributing or publicly displaying any Platform content;
• Modifying, adapting or creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Using Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Scraping, data-mining or systematically extracting content from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6c and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Losses resulting from betting outcomes, market decisions or reliance on odds or information published on the Platform;
• Technical failures, server outages, data loss or service interruptions beyond six6c's reasonable control;
• Loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from your breach of applicable local law, including Pakistani gambling legislation;
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party payment processing or bank transfer services.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

six6c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines — in its sole discretion — that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive or dishonest conduct;
• The User has failed to complete required KYC verification;
• The User's account presents an AML or financial crime concern;
• The User is accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to six6c.

Upon termination of an account, any real money balance (net of applicable charges) will be returned to the user via a verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and AML clearance. Bonus balances shall be forfeited upon account closure.

Users may close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting six6c support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six6c is registered and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan are specifically advised that these Terms do not constitute legal advice, do not imply that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan, and do not override the applicability of Pakistani law to any user located in Pakistan. Users remain solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

six6c reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting us at the address below.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. six6c shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to review the Terms as updated.
